Who we are
Groundswell is Groundswell GTM LLC. We run groundswellgtm.com and decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are its controller.

What we collect
When you book a call: your name, work email, company website, role, team size, what you’d like to fix, how you heard about us, and the time of the call.
When you fill in a form about the Blueprint, a Starter Build or a full build: your name, work email, company website, role, and the answers you give about your business, team, budget and timing.
When you join the newsletter: your first name and email, and whether you open and click our emails.
When you use the site: pages visited, the site you came from, campaign tags in links, device and browser, and approximate location.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to send us by email, on a call or over Slack.
Why we use it
To arrange and hold your call, reply to your form, and follow up about the work you asked about (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
To send the newsletter (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interests).
To keep records we’re required to keep by law (legal obligation).
We don’t sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the site and our business, and they only use your data to provide their service to us:
Framer: website hosting, analytics and forms
Cal.com: call booking and reminders
Loops: the newsletter
Attio: our CRM
Google Workspace: email and calendar
International transfers
We’re based in the USA and most of our providers are too. Where your data moves from the UK or EU to the USA, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK-US data bridge.
How long we keep it
Booking and CRM records: 2 years after our last contact with you.
Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe.
Site analytics: as set by Framer.
Your rights
If you’re in the UK or EU, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, such as California, you can ask to know, access, correct or delete your data, and you won’t be treated differently for doing so.
To use any of these rights, email charlie@groundswellgtm.com.
Cookies
Our site analytics are run by Framer and don’t use cookies or store anything that identifies you. The booking calendar on our booking page is run by Cal.com, and the video on our case study is run by its host. They may set cookies of their own when you use them, and their own privacy policies explain how.
Changes
We’ll update this page if anything changes.
