How do payments work?
You pay in stages as the system goes live, with the last payment due at handover. You get a fixed price in your proposal.
Do the Blueprint and Starter Builds count towards a full build?
Yes. Your Blueprint and any Starter Build come off the price of a full build if you go ahead within 30 days.
What if it doesn’t work?
If no campaign is live and sending within 30 days of kick-off, we waive the final payment. If your team doesn’t fully understand the system after handover, we keep supporting you for free, until they do.

No. You pay for your own tools directly, so every account stays in your name and keeps running after handover.
